I offer Full Spectrum care, which means support as both a birth and PP doula. I’d be happy to discuss the benefits of having a doula throughout your journey. There is something very wonderful about being able to support birthing people and their families, and when given the opportunity it is such a joy!
Rates:
Birth Rate: $2200
This includes unlimited virtual support, one in person perinatal visit, one scheduled Postpartum virtual visit and continuous support during labor and childbirth.
Now taking Medicaid/Apple Health clients!
Starting Jan. 2025 Washington State began covering birth doula support with an additional 20 hours of postpartum aftercare for Medicaid/Apple Health recipients. I am now accepting Medicaid clients in Pierce and South King County.
Postpartum Rate:
$65 hr. for a minimum of 8 hrs per night.

Postpartum overnight care looks different for every family. Please feel free to reach out with any questions on what PP support might look like for you!
Sleep Support Coaching:
Evidence based, gentle sleep coaching that relies on the connections and empathy you have for your little one while honoring your needs.
Sleep pro package: $500
Package includes 2 one hour zoom sessions for intake and sleep plan, 2 mini zoom or phone sessions for backup support (approx 30 minutes each), and email support as needed.

A word on reimbursements:
I am always happy to work with clients or perspective clients who have benefits that include doula reimbursement, HSA accounts and have worked with families using Carrot. I also do offer a sliding scale and payment plans for those in need.
